Since 1997, Griffith University has contributed wind erosion data to National or Queensland State of Environment Reports.

Wind Erosion Histories
The project aim is to improve wind erosion information and modelling capacity, for use by the States and regional Natural Resource Management (NRM) bodies for resource condition reporting. This includes long term wind erosion histories developed from Bureau of Meteorology observation data for all NRM regions in Australia for the period 1960 to 2008.

High resolution Particle-sizing
The Griffith University Particle-Sizing Laboratory is open on a consulting basis to a wide range of clients. Particle size analyses are performed with a Beckman Coulter Multisizer, with the capacity to produce 256 size classes from 0.4 to 600µm. The laboratory has over 20 years experience and has been a pioneer in this field. read more>>
